What even is normal?

One thing that is quite prevalent during this time is that normal never was. 
We put so much pressure onto ourselves in the go-go society. 
Try taking a step back, and think about living life with gratefulness.

Living with gratefulness puts our mind and body into a perspective where perhaps we might have been harming ourselves without even knowing it in the past. 

Take this time to bring yourself back into the present moment. Reset your system into taking advantage of what you have now. Breathe in. Breathe out.
