Plum-Berry Peanut butter Smoothie Bowl


It's not quiteee sugar plum season, but pluots and plums are definitely a summer-fall transitional fruit to 

f a l l 

in love with.

The sweetness of fresh raspberries and juicy ripe plums from the farmers market create a delicious base of a nutrient dense snack or meal!

I personally enjoy freezing fresh ripe plums and berries for smoothie bowls to create a creamier texture.

With this recipe combination, you are sure to feel satisfied and content with it's flavor and ice cream like texture!


Recipe Details:

2-3 Frozen Plums

1/2 cup frozen raspberries

1/2 ripe frozen banana

1 heaping TBS of Natural Peanut Butter

1/2 - 1 cup frozen or fresh spinach

2-3 Medjool dates

1/2 cup coconut and or mylk

1 scoop of vegan protein powder ( I used Arbonne Vanilla, but another brand of your choice is great as long as it's vanilla flavored :) ).

TOP it off with vegan granola, coconut flakes, cereal, oats, etc. the options are endless!

I enjoyed mine with my own homemade vegan granola, coconut flakes, and brazil nut.
